The Corona Virus (CoVid-19) is going around at present.  In addition to wearing protective equipment such as masks, many people are thinking about how they may be carrying the virus around on their clothing.  Including masks, how one removes contaminated clothing matters so as to not create any cross-contamination by bringing contaminated clothing into the home.

 

There is a proper way to remove such clothing.  How one puts on clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) is called, “donning” and how one removes them is called, “doffing.”
